Founder and President

Mike is a 30+ year senior technology and management professional, a real estate investor, and small business staffing and consulting agency owner. In addition to a long career as a leader in the enterprise and startup software industry, Mike has had the opportunity to train and work with some of the best real estate and marketing professionals in the industry. His business philosophy is grounded in customer-first and uncompromising integrity, strong team collaboration, playing to people’s strengths, and providing rock-solid customer service and solutions for his clients.

For the past 13 yrs, I worked as a Real Estate Executive VA. My duties have included Pre-marketing, Marketing, Property management details, Escrow related details, Data sourcing and Entry, Mortgage Entry & Processing related details, Customer service and all HR relation functions from Recruitment, Performance, Benefits & Compensation. As a result, I’ve gained vast experience in the successful management of Real Estate processes. I provide General Administrative Support to the Lone Star Home Buyer Team to ensure that the Agents, Buyers and Sellers have a flawless experience when working with LSHB Team.

When it comes to service– Always give your Clients more than what they expect to get, .they don’t expect you to be perfect, but they do expect you to help fix things when they go wrong. Always do what you do so well & always do more that what is required of you..so that they will not only want to reach out to you again, but also recommends you & bring you more Clients.

JAY BONN

JB is a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt graduate and has a total of 19 years of combined experience in Real Estate, BPO industry and VA services with in-depth knowledge in implementing different processes on a managerial level with skills in operations management, team leadership, process improvement to drive efficiency and deliver exceptional client satisfaction. Throughout his career, JB is heavily involve in people management, creating sales processes specially analyzing Customer Lifetime Value(CLV).

With 8 years of experience in web and graphic design, Joyce has developed a deep understanding of current design trends, best practices, and technologies in the ever-evolving world of web design. She has been involved in all digital marketing aspects as well. From graphic design to social media management. Those attained skills and experience have helped her grow and expand her horizon in the digital marketing industry. She’s continuously learning and exploring to give her best in everything she does.
