Our team then sources and presents a selection of top-notch candidates for you to interview. Upon selection, we handle onboarding and regular check-ins to ensure optimal performance.

The Process

1. Client Needs Discovery

Our client completes a Discovery Call with their VA Plus Hiring and Success Managers to discuss their business needs.

2. VA and Solution Specialist Sourcing

VA Plus begins recruiting and finds a selection of perfect candidates to join your team and build needed business solutions.

3. Interviews and Onboarding

Our client interviews shortlisted candidates, selects their new VA, locks in terms, then onboarding for the new VA begins.

4. Optimization

Regular check in meetings begin to ensure the VA is meeting our client’s needs.
